The exchange and return of goods of the appropriate quality is carried out within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the order.
The exchange and return of the product is returned if the specified product has not been used, its product appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, original packaging have been preserved, as well as if there is a document confirming the fact of purchase.
We reserve the right to not accept returns if they have been delivered to us after the 14-day period or if the product to be returned has been received with visible signs of use.
